The exhibition presents the immense body of photographic work left by Cartier-bresson, considered the father of photojournalism.
The exposition is the product of extensive research covering the great photographer’s entire professional career. More than 500 works on display, including photographs, drawings, paintings,
films and documents: 350 of which are vintage prints; hundred documents including newspapers, newspaper clippings, magazines, books, manuscripts, films, paintings and drawings.
From Surrealism to the Cold War, from the Second World War to decolonization, this is the world as seen by the eye of of this great photographer and chronicler of our times.
