On April 2, 2017 the 23th edition of the Rome Marathon is in program, one of the most fascinating in the world, a sporting event that has become international.

The race is scheduled for Sunday, April 2 at 8:40 hours with departure and arrival in Via dei Fori Imperiali.

Another sporting event to be held in parallel with the Rome Marathon will be, “The FunRun” named also “Stracittadina“, a non-competitive route of 4.5 km that goes around the Imperial Forum and the Circus Maximus, which will start at 09:00 AM, open to all: families with children and their pets, young people, old people, all united by a common desire to spend a beautiful day in the heart of the Eternal City.
